RJM Construction LLC, owned by Ryan Minlschmidt, was developed in 1992 based on his motivation, dedication, and inspiration of the construction industry. Ryan is involved in every phase of each project from concept to completion. He thrives on developing solutions unique to each project.

Ryan has built a strong team at RJM Construction LLC and diverse portfolio of projects. Our team members are skilled and have over 50 years combined experience in construction. Several of our members have been with RJM Construction LLC since our team was formed.
Through the years we have celebrated their milestones and achievements. Each one is truly a valued member of our team and their contribution appreciated immeasurably. We regularly attend trade shows and training events to ensure we are utilizing the best products and methods for our projects. The RJM Construction LLC team and our success go hand in hand.

In our free time, RJM Construction LLC’s team members can often be found spending time with family and friends enjoying the quality of life living in Wisconsin blesses us with – Northwood’s Adventures, sports, fishing, and golfing.
